The Cursed Crystal Mode has been added!
In this mode, your goal is to collect as many souls as possible. The more souls you collect, the slower the cursed crystal charges. But the longer you delay its full charge, the stronger the final boss becomes. If you defeat it, you earn a high score. If not, only your soul-catching score is saved. Over time, souls spawn faster and in greater numbers, making things increasingly difficult.
๐ UI improvements for better readability and game feel.
โ๏ธ RollMaster Mode has been slightly rebalanced. The first minute was way too chill, now itโll keep you more alert from the start.
๐ฎ This has been an amazing journey my first full game built from start to finish.
It started with a different idea, and I didnโt expect Iโd expand and polish it this much. Originally, it was just supposed to have one unbeatable boss xD
Still, Iโm proud of what came out of it.
I'm a big fan of RPGs and games with progressive character development, so you probably shouldnโt expect more games like Roll Souls from me. Iโll be focusing on deeper, more strategic titles like RPGs or progression-based roguelites.
For now, Iโm shifting focus back to my original project that I had paused to finish this one. The experience Iโve gained here will definitely show in the quality of my upcoming tactical RPG โ Solo Grinding ๐
