v0.10.1 - New enemy!
Hello! New enemy type today: Mushboom! -mushbooms will release damaging spores into the air if you get too close. Best bet is to stay away or use ranged weapons (hint!) In other changes: -background has been darkened slightly to allow platforms and sprites to stand out more -animation speed has been increased for player and all enemies to closer match movement speed -enemy spawning has been fully randomized for a more unique play every time Bugs squashed: -no more health potions flying around infinitely if you have the loot magnet upgrade and are at full health -game will now properly pause if you open the shop during sliding or dashing Enjoy!

Good job. Those new monsters are original and powerful. Maybe you should make them appear more gradually in the game... Keep on!
Thanks @djam. I agree, as I plan my next addition here I’m considering some final level balance. I really want to add a few more traps and the boss before I move on to a new level.
I love that mushroom! I'm looking forward so much to giving you a proper spritesheet generation tool!
