Update #2
In the second update: - added slide for the player, activated by swiping right/moving the mouse right - slide breaks open treasure chests and jars - slide will push back enemies, but not kill them - added treasure drops to enemies, because why not? - adjusted sensitivity of jump and slide for mouse users, hopefully better - fixed treasure that goes off screen to the right from being removed - added sound effects to player being hit - completely refactored code (who cares?)

I'm a bit surprised by the slide being right instead of down...

Pushing back enemies also looked strange, but when you manage to push them in a hole it's fun ;)
Player hit could be enhanced a bit, with an animation or at least a micro pause/ a flash.
By the way it's cool, go on.
It may be that you’re right (haha), but I have plans for the down control still. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how things should work out until all the pieces are in place.
I agree on player hit, it’s one of the next on the list. I’m curious on the enemy pushback, what do you think would make it better, because I agree, the best part is pushing them into the pit, but it does feel a little off.
