Animations look great, especially the water and the coins. Sound effects and music are also top notch. Parallax is pretty good. There’s a couple points that stick out for me: there’s not enough coins! I want to collect more loot. And secondly, it would be nice to see a scale squish on the goombas before they disappear to make stomping them more satisfying. Nice work!

For the coin count, you’re right — I think there might actually be a bug that makes them gradually disappear over time. Gotta fix that.
And goomba squish is a good idea, I'll check it it's possible.
