Update - Cosmetics and some balancing!

Hey everyone! New update incoming: -Cosmetic updates! I was just tired of the horrible title screen. Not perfect now, but it's better. -Balancing, to get some upgrades faster on game start. -Fixed some bugs that were not tracking the run time and balls damage correctly. (If you are wondering you see this on the end screen when you finish your run!) Enjoy!
