Implement the core data structures, UI layout, and interaction points as a starting framework, leaving placeholders for game logic, persistence, multiplayer functionality, and detailed interactions for further development. Use a framework like Vue.js or React to structure the app, with reactive state management for resources, nation status, military, alliances, and UI state, and include styling options for dark and light themes.
